KEC Site Management Tool Aims at bringing the process of concrete requests spanning between the Site and Quality engineer under one hood.The Site Engineer Requests the concrete mentioning the required quantity, type of recipe, the pour location, type of structure and the time by which he should receive the concrete.On request of the concrete, the Quality Engineer receives a notification.The Quality Engineer sees through the request and approves the request by choosing the Plant at which the Concrete Batch must take place and the time slot for the particular batch.
He is given the option to reject the request too.Once the Quality Engineer approves or rejects the request, the Site Engineer receives the Notification.Further, he can monitor the concrete production status and once he finally receives the requested concrete, he can do a final acknowledgement.Further to the request and approve cycle, the app enables the Admin to Create & Update multiple data required for Concrete Batching like, Customer Master, Recipe Master, Project Master, Site Master etc.
